Updated the draft paper

I updated the draft paper (now v2) after some reviews from Peter Fielitz, Guenter Borchardt and Tom Brown (many thanks to them). Have a look and let me know if my Google Drive settings are appropriate and you can download it. This includes the new notation for an information equilibrium model.
